Individual Player Registration

Register and pay as an individual player. For individuals that do not have a team formed, you can sign up as a free agent. You’ll be placed on the FFTW house team in your division of choice.  For players that have a team already, select your team name/captain name from the dropdown menu when you register.

Team & Sponsor Registration
$1,000.00

Complete the registration and payment for an entire team. Your company name/logo can be incorporated as the front of kit jersey sponsor for the team.
